Stand Up Paddle Fitness Racing Membership Package

Overview

Ten two-hour stand up paddleboard fitness and race training classes geared toward proficient paddlers interested in SUP racing and whole body fitness. We won’t always be on the board so don’t let the holistic approach fool you; this is a workout.

A quality, learning environment, including:

  1. Proven race performance techniques, strategies, and drills
  2. Timed runs
  3. Resistance band workouts
  4. Warm-ups and cool-downs
  5. Guest appearances by SUP enthusiasts from other disciplines
  6. Convenient online scheduling

SUP Fitness Training Description

SUP Fitness & Race Training introduces proficient paddleboarders to the exciting community of stand up paddleboard racing while teaching proven techniques and strategies used by the pros. Throughout this membership, students will learn how to train for races by using a holistic approach to fitness while enjoying a sport they already love. Students will be encouraged to continue working out on their own throughout the week. The membership will combine running and paddling with upper and lower body workouts while also addressing the key elements to a healthy lifestyle. Boom.
