Potomac Paddlesports whitewater kayak lessons are structured so that you can learn how to kayak at your own pace. The whitewater kayak practice nights are like a social club near DC where you'll learn kayaking skills and meet other professionals in the DC area. In addition to kayak technique, you will learn how to properly wear a life jacket (PFD), helmet, spray skirt, and how to size and hold a paddle, and get the perfect fit of a whitewater kayak. Kayaking is fun and the Potomac is a great place to learn how to kayak!
