Sea Kayak Navigation Class




This class is designed for the beginner navigator. Some of the topics of discussion will be the compass, maps, charts, tides. Also understanding how to plot a course, aids to navigation and many other key navigation topics of interest to the sea kayaker. Your instructor will be Tom Nickels.

Location: Potomac Paddlesports Retail Store, Rockville, MD
Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Prerequisites: None. Please bring handheld compass and local chart.
Cost: $25 (Proceeds to benefit The Chesapeake Bay Foundation.)
