Our corporate courses and retreats are coordinated by American Canoe Association Award winning instructor Sunny Pitcher Discover The Potomac Eco Tour (4 Hours)Enjoy a four-hour guided trip of a serene and scenic section of the Potomac River. Our professional instructors and guides will teach your group all about flatwater kayaks, how to paddle with correct technique, and will help you discover the flora and fauna of our local treasure and learn the rich history of the C & O canal. Catch a glimpse of heron, kingfisher, white-tailed deer, and painted turtles, and see and learn about the many other wild inhabitants of our river ecosystem. This four hour excursion includes a one hour "quick start" lesson for beginners and is easy paddling for ages 12 and up (And we can tow even younger paddlers too.)! Discover The Nation's River! Scout / Birthday Party Paddle (2 or 3 Hours)Bring your scout troop, birthday party or group of "wild indians" and join us for two-hours of fun filled on-water adventure! Our "fun-loving" & professional team of instructors will help provide a safe and playful atmosphere for the whole gang! This trip is designed for kids of all ages to get out and see wildlife while learning how to protect it. Everyone will have a blast discovering how to make a kayak go where they want it to! (Water cannon optional)

The pavillion comfortably accommodates up to 200 people with ample parking nearby. This facility features picnic tables, electricity, restrooms, cooking grills, fireplace, softball field, horseshoe pits, vollyball poles, and more! |
